This project was about creating an intuitive, emotionally resonant website for a wellness professional offering massage and Pilates reformer sessions. Without a full brand strategy in place, we focused on clarity, energy, and simplicity — building from a single moodboard and deep trust in the process.
The goal was to design a space that felt calm, clear, and personal — a reflection of her grounded presence and healing touch. Though the content was in Czech, the approach was universal: connect with her ideal clients through thoughtful structure, emotional clarity, and ease of use.
what I did
I began by guiding the client through a light visual discovery process using a curated moodboard to define the tone and direction. From there, I designed a soft, minimal website that reflected her values and allowed her services to speak clearly.
One of the key features was building a booking system — a clear structure and flow that helped her manage and display availability, highlight her unique offer, and simplify client booking. I also implemented an online voucher purchase system, making it easy for clients to book sessions as gifts — which became a significant revenue stream.
The result? She was fully booked for two months within the first week after launch.
Even without a full brand identity, this project shows what’s possible when design is led by empathy, simplicity, and a deep understanding of the client’s customer.
